A New Year, A Smaller Me

Jared and I decided that Aiden is our last baby, so in that sense we decided to get our healthy skinny bodies back... We started the HCG Diet on Jan 1st and I can tell you its no easy thing, 500 calories a day and the food consist of chicken, veggies and fruit that's it... My daily menu goes like this...

Breakfast: Water and 6 small strawberries
Lunch: 3 oz chicken and 3 oz of lettuce or Zucchini
Snack: 1 apple
Dinner: 3 oz chicken and 3 oz Zucchini

Yes that's all every day, I am at the point now where I would rather not eat anything at all, so tired of the same thing and not to mention the hunger pains when I make Treycen PBJ's or macaroni, I do however have a new appreciation for food, I know after this diet I will maintain a healthy life style and appreciate the finer foods such as Yogurt...

I am Happy to announce that I have lost 15lbs and all my clothes fit, some are even too big so I am very pleased that all this rabbit food has payed off, I still have 2 more weeks and I am hoping to lose another 10 lbs and then I have a 3 week maintenance where I get to eat the same food but I get more of it, 1000 calories instead of 500... I am very happy Jared and I decided to take this challenge on because we are both happier and feel a lot healthier, and not to mention that we both look a lot sexier which is always a plus since we now look like we did when we met, it brings back the beginning love you have when you first meet someone, the butterfly feelings and the oh he is so hot feeling...

I will post pictures of the new Me on my 27th Birthday in February, I am going to treat myself to a new outfit... I am excited to continue on this healthy path and hope to get back into my hobbie of running, I hope to run a half marathon soon, My sister is running one in Feb and I am so proud of her for taking on the challenge and so excited that she has a love for running, I just wish we lived closer then we could be running partners... Here's to a HEALTHY Happy New Year...

  1. i think i would literally DIE if i was restricted to 500 calories. i don't know how you do it! i'm excited to see your picture next month though :) good luck the next few weeks!
