I got this idea from my sister, I tried it with Treycen about a year ago and it totally blew up in my face, Treycen did not understand the concept of saving and buying etc. Now that he is a whole year older I decided to try it again... First let me give you a little history of Treycen and why I am going to really try this ticket system and hope it works! Treycen has a problem with authority and he pushes me with every thing, he has a "why and whats in it for me" for everything rather than an "ok mom attitude"... So from today on out he will get tickets for his chores, brushing his teeth, getting dressed, using his manners, and all the other little things that are a constant battle for him... With his tickets that he has earned he will choose to save his tickets fro something he really wants like a super hero toy or something small such as an ice cream or a sugar snack... I am hoping in the process Treycen will learn whats expected of him and how he chooses to act and behave will have great rewards... So far today he has earned 3 tickets and he has been the best behaved little boy, I hope this attitude continues and my ticket system will be a huge success and I will continue this system for Aiden has he gets older... Thanks Britney and you are such an inspiring mother!

Sounds great, wish I had a ticket system in place when you were little, instead I just screamed and shouted and wondered why that didn't work. hats off to you and Britney. I guest you could say what I did, taught you to come up with a better idea. See I did teach ya something (what not to do) love ya, mom
