My Best Friends Birthday

My BFF (Kacey) turns the big 28 today and I wanted to throw her a big birthday bash with lots of cake and lots of Jello shots but unfortunately I can not...  She is in SLC and I am in St. George...  This will be the first birthday in 6 years where we will not be celebrating together (insert sad face here) so instead I am giving her a birthday tribute to tell her how amazing she is and how much I love her....
