Weekly Weigh In

Its Wednesday and you know what that means...  My weekly weigh in!  Well I am not one to jump on the scale everyday and get discouraged if it doesn't drop a pound or more from the day before...  I do NOT believe in scales...  I believe in hard work and commitment...  I know from all my years of training that muscle weighs more than fat so therefore I will NOT be jumping on that scale every week...

This week I ate healthy and hit the gym hard...  My muscles ache and my body is soar, so therefore I know I am shedding the fat and gaining muscle...  I have a goal set to hit the gym a minimum of 3 times a week...  I have also made a DO and DONE jar...  Each stick has an exercise on it and everyday I will pull out 3 sticks and do that exercise on top of my gym and cardio days...  I know by Christmas I will be rocking my size 4 body...  But in order to keep me motivated I will be taking weekly pictures, ahhhh  I know I dread it too but spare your eyes because you will see a difference in 4 months I promise and since I hated my wardrobe in my before picture I decided to change my attire for my pics from here on out...  Not bikini style but close enough...  Again I apologize for what you are about to see....

 My breakfast for the week consisted of strawberries and turkey bacon wrapped around egg whites...

 My daily motivation sticks!

As you can see my target areas are still there but hey its only week one and you cant tell from this picture but my abs hurt every time I breathe...  I also should work on evening out my tan, hey I wear a one piece so what do you expect!
