I was blog hopping today and I came across a post on an engagement story and I totally failed to tell you my engagement story, I told you how my love story began but I forgot to tell you my story of happily ever after...
Remember this?
Yes this little munchkin popped the question but leading up to this was cute...
After working a long day at LA Weight loss, I was exhausted... Jared picked me up from work and we headed to my moms house aka my house at the time (Yes, Jared, Me and Treycen shared a room for the first 4 months of Treycen's life, Crib and all, it was a very tight fit) Anyways back to my story; We arrived home and Treycen is wearing this new outfit that Jared said Barbara bough for him, ok its cute and all but why did she tuck in his shirt he looks goofy, I was too tired to question it... The moment I sat down on the couch to put my feet up and relax. Jared tells me to go change Treycen's diaper and put him in pajamas? I thought really Jared, you are the one holding him and you are just as capable as I am? But I did what he asked, I mean it is my job as the mother I guess... So I lay Trey down on the changing table and slowly took off his new pants and fold them up cause they were clean and I pull off Treycen's shirt and I read his onsie that says "Mommy will you Marry Daddy" I say "oh that's cute" and then turned to Jared who is now down on one knee, I said oh your serious? Yeah I thought it was just a cute onsie it didn't register until I saw Jared holding my ring... I said Yes of course with tears rolling down my face...
So there you have it the beginning of my happily ever after...
Our Wedding Rings
(I also have a wedding band that goes with mine and Jared actually has two wedding bands, his white gold band and a tungstun band) I bought him one to wear to work and 4 years later he actually does not wear either of them... He says they drive him crazy and at work its safer for him to not wear one... Oh well I love mine and I make Jared wear his when we go out...
